I love teaching people how to read.

I have a fascination with literacy, and a deep commitment to teaching it well.

I am a certified teacher with 14 years of experience, including extensive experience with reading intervention. I have taught students of varying ages, abilities, and backgrounds, including students with IEPs, students receiving academic and behavioral accommodations, and English language learners. I earned my M.S.Ed. in Reading from the University of New England, and am trained in the Wilson Reading System.

I believe relationships are the foundation of learning. I prioritize relationship building, and getting to know each student individually.

I look forward to helping my students transform their relationship with literacy!
